If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, regardless of whether they have been worn outdoors.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid USPS shipping label.
Pack Your OOFOS
Place your footwear in the original box or a secure shipping mailer and attach the return label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized USPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed once the carrier scans the package.
